I was angry, sad pointing my finger and placing blame on others. Through DeCoach I learned how to feel and understand my emotions and not just cover them up with drugs and alcohol then I was able to see what was causing me to have that emotion and work on minimizing that problem as much as possible. I would also like to add that Laura Arnett, Laura little, Desoney, Jeanette,Teresa are amazing people and are talented in what they do and I have the upmost respect for them. Laura Arnett though has help me stay clean and get through some of the hardest times of my life thus far. Laura little and Jeanette have also been my rock through a lot of things while going through and dealing with things of there own and to me thats dedication. Desony has always worked with me and helped me when I've had trouble making appointments cuz of work and kids along with talk to me and be understanding when things was going on in my life and thats not even what her job is so for her to be there like that anyways is selfless and shows how amazing she is. Teresa has been there for me for probably the past 4years. She was there for me when I had to go into the Christopher house and that was a scary emotional time for me having to leave my kids for a couple of months and that was heart wrenching and Teresa was there for me during that time. Bottom line is this place is amazing and so are the people.
