Admissions Process

  1. Initial Contact: Reach out to our Admissions Team at intake@decoachrecovery.com or call us at 844-341-5516.
  2. Discussion & Assessment: Our team will discuss the individual’s needs, conduct a preliminary assessment, and determine the most suitable treatment plan.
  3. Documentation: Submit necessary documents, including medical records, insurance details, and any other pertinent information.
  4. Finalization: Once the assessment and documentation are reviewed, we’ll finalize the admission date and treatment plan.
  5. Onboarding: The individual will be introduced to our facility, staff, and the services they will receive.
